SHIPPING
1.What are your shipping charges?
-For Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders above Rs 1500. For orders below Rs.1500, a flat shipping fee of Rs.150 is charged for COD orders and Rs.100 for Prepaid orders.

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within India.

3.what should I consider when sending products back for return?
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent, should be free of makeup or tan marks and must be in their original packaging.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@anantari.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
5.How long will it take to receive my exchanged item?
-After we receive your returned product and verify its details, we will send you a confirmation for the exchange/return, and then proceed with the process.
-For exchanges, whether it’s the same style in a different size or a different style altogether, your new order will be shipped within 1-3 business days following the confirmation of your exchange/return.
6. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

PAYMENT

For all prepaid online payments in India, we utilize Razorpay, PhonePay and Gpay payment gateways. These gateways support various payment options including UPI, credit or debit cards, wallets, and net banking. Additionally, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India, subject to a shipping charge of Rs. 150.

If you encounter a payment failure, you may try placing your order again. However, if the amount has been debited from your account, do not attempt to reorder. It is possible that we have already received your order.
In cases where the payment has been debited but the order was not processed, you should either wait for a refund from your bank or contact your bank with the transaction details to resolve the issue.

We generally recommend gentle washing with eco-friendly detergents and air drying to maintain the quality and longevity of your organic cotton and cotton-linen blend garments.
For silk, linen, and embroidered garments, we recommend dry cleaning only to preserve their quality and intricate details. Dry cleaning helps maintain the fabric’s texture and prevents damage that may occur with traditional washing methods.
